[02.17-03.07] 113 Academic Year 2nd Semester Service-Learning Course Subsidy Application

1. To alleviate the financial burden on the units that provide services including transportation, insurance, training fees, and meal expenses, we intend to provide subsidies for Establishing Service Learning Courses Those who wish to apply must prepare the necessary documents and apply via email before 5:00 PM on March 7, 2025. Incomplete applications will be regarded as waived.

2. Units receiving subsidies must apply for reimbursement by 5:00 PM on June 27, 2025, and cooperate with the school In results presentation or experience sharing.

3. The project explanation and documents are provided in the attachment. Please submit the application documents via email (details in attachment). If the course instructor wet signs the document, please submit a scanned copy; if the course instructor approves via email, please attach the consent letter.

Note: Those going for off-campus services need to submit an agreement with the organization.
